&SISTERS is and always has been about inclusivity, equality and fairness and we celebrate diversity in colour, gender, size, shape and race.
We know the world has to change. We want to be a part of that change and make a difference. Period.
We pledge to do better for your body
Our 100% cotton period products are made using nothing but 100% Soil Association Certified organic cotton, a natural, hypoallergenic, pH-neutral material that is gentle on the delicate tissues of the vulva. Whatever your skin colour, sexuality or gender identity, our products are designed to make every period more comfortable.
We pledge to do better for our planet
We want to do what we can to preserve the earth’s precious ecosystem, that’s why we’ve made it our mission to tread lightly on the planet. We are committed to supporting our growers’ communities and the rights of all those who work in the production of our products, as well as making our delivery and packaging as carbon-light as possible. Periods are natural and we believe our products should be too.
We pledge to do better for our sisters
For us, sisterhood is self-selecting, it is not defined by skin colour, race, background, age, sexuality or gender identity. Sisterhood is about support, collaboration, teamwork, inspiration and empowerment. Our mission is to empower our sisters, that’s why we donate 10% of all our profits to helping end period poverty in the UK and beyond.
While celebrating diversity and inclusivity has always been at the heart of our business, we recognise that it is possible to be insensitive or unintentionally biased. We’re determined to continually check-in on ourselves to ensure we deliver on our mission to do better and end inequalities wherever possible.
Slavery & Trafficking Pledge
&SISTERS is committed to ensuring that our business practices combat slavery and human trafficking in any form.
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our values we continually review all agreements and dealings with suppliers to ensure compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking measures.
We have introduced a Supplier Code of Conduct to make it clear that &SISTERS does not condone slavery or human trafficking in any way and to impose a commitment on our suppliers to expect the same high standards from their suppliers.
We will continue to audit suppliers against the standards we have set.
